This is a gentle practise that will set you up for a calm and peaceful weekend. Focusing on the alignment of your body and with the use of props and gentle adjustments we will work into classic Yoga Asanas and hold them, using the breath to steady your mind and body. In each class we will explore different breathing techniques and finish the lesson with a beautiful guided relaxation. A great class just taking time for yourself.

Deep Relaxation Yoga with Massage

This yoga class is as much for the mind as it is the body. A chance to really let go. We will use breathing techniques, adjustments and massage techniques to help you really relax deeply into gentle yoga poses. The end of the class you will go even deeper into relaxation with a yoga nidra. Be kind to yourself.
